Our mobile superintendent model and homeowner-first service keep projects moving and families informed.

  • Licensing: certified and licensed for business in the states of Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and Texas, member of Greater Houston Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association

  • Quality & Safety: Four-gate Quality Control (pre-work, first-work, in-process, pre-final) and documented safety program with management oversight, Texas Association of Builders Safety Standard Certified

  • Compliance: CDBG-DR/HOME, Davis-Bacon certified payrolls and wage interviews, Section 3 outreach and labor-hour benchmarks, EPA RRP/lead, asbestos/NESHAP, OSHA certified, StructSure Home Warranty Certified, and an EnergyStar Partner

  • Community & Section 3: Local hiring, right-sized bid packages, weekly pay to subs, and mentorship for Section 3 Business Concerns
